Charlie Fulton-Langley
Charlie is passionate about supporting organisations to improve their processes, policies and operating frameworks. She has a particular interest in driving organisational culture through these mechanisms.
Prior to establishing Lifehack Services in 2015, Charlie worked for over 12 years managing the Executive MBA Programme at London Business School and managing a large team in the Executive Education department. Charlie has worked in Business Education, Events Management and Stage Management.

Emma Fulton
Emma has 12 years experience working as a Management Consultant with Deloitte where she specialised in providing corporate finance advice to the public sector, and then for a boutique consultancy managing a multi-stakeholder contract across the NHS and private sector.

More recently, Emma has been working as a transformation specialist with start ups, using her experience as a professional coach, consultant and facilitator. Her interests lie in organisational design, learning and change management.

Gemma Jackson
Gemma has a combined background in frontline healthcare, most recently in her career as a medical doctor, and across a wide variety of administrative roles.
She has a passion for mental health and wellbeing, and enjoys knowing that her work as a virtual assistant helps her clients to leave work behind them at the end of each day.
Her background also means she has an empathetic manner, is aware of the importance of confidentiality, and is used to communicating with people from all walks of life.
Maria Negro

Maria has over 20 years’ experience in higher education and event management, with a particular focus on operational delivery. She has managed Executive MBA programmes at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and London Business School, as well as the MSc in Clinical Implantology at VSSAcademy.
Maria's experience work brings together programme management, event coordination and stakeholder engagement, with a practical understanding of how to make complex operations run smoothly. She is motivated by helping people reach their goals and brings a calm, organised and solutions-focused approach to every project. She is fluent in Spanish and French and brings a wealth of experience to the team.

Sarah Addy
Sarah is an experienced ACCA qualified accountant and virtual assistant, with over twenty years experience working in financial environments. She loves anything to do with numbers and organisation. ​
